MIT ADT University Pune started accepting the application from December 20, 2024 onwards. The last date to apply for the course is July 31, 2025. Candidates can apply for the course through the official university's website. For admission, candidates are required to have Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Planning / Civil Engineering / Technology OR a Master's Degree in allied Fields of Geography or Sociology, or Economics with a minimum 55 % aggregate.

Further, candidates who don't have any state-level scores will be admitted through PERA-CET, which will be conducted at the University.
