While government colleges specifically dedicated to makeup courses may be less common, several institutes offer makeup and beauty-related programs. for example Jijaji university of Gwalior, offers Beauty & Fitness courses. Some private colleges and academies also provide makeup courses. Average fees for makeup courses can range from INR 2,000 to INR 3.58 LPA
