Malwa Institute of Technology does not allow direct admission for B.E. / B.Tech. All admissions will be determined on merit and entrance exams like JEE Main, MP BE, or MPPET, followed by state counselling such as DTE MP Counselling including seats for Malwa Institute of Technology. To be eligible, you will need to meet the minimum qualifications needed, which is passing 10+2 in Physics and Mathematics, and aggregate marks needed, before you can be allocated a seat based on the official counselling. Malwa Institute of Technology does not have a management quota, or direct admission process for these courses.

Malwa Institute of Technology does not provide a 100% scholarship to every student. Nevertheless, there are some government-funded scholarships available, primarily for SC/ST/OBC and minority students. Based on the category of scholarships and government guidelines, the scholarship amount will usually vary between INR 25,000 to INR 70,000, typically. There are merit-based scholarships at the institution and the Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) scheme, although they generally only cover part of the tuition fee and require that the student be either a meritorious student or show financial need.

Yes, during the admission cycle, you may certainly gain entry to the B.E. / B.Tech course at Malwa Institute of Technology without JEE Main by qualifying through other entrance exams (as accepted) or state-level counseling process of the preferred boards. The institution accepts JEE Main, MP BE, and MPPET scores, and merit in qualifying examination 10+2 scores (minimum 45% aggregate for general, 40% for reserved categories). Therefore, if you qualify with a score from MP BE or MPPET or merit-based during the state education board counseling, you will have a valid entry point, and bypass JEE Main as required.
