Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine offers a one-year Advanced PG Diploma courses. The institute offers the course in Digital Imaging in Molecular Diagnostics and Stem Cell Technology & Regenerative Biology. Candidates who have completed their graduation can apply for any of the offered Advanced PG Diploma courses.

The total fee for MSc at Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine is INR 8.26 lakh. The total fee includes a refundable caution deposit of INR 10,000. Aspirants have to pay the caution deposit only once at the time of admission. Candidates have to pay the first installment of the tuition fee at the time of seat confirmation.

Candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences /MBBS /BDS /BVSc /Allied Health Science /BE or BTech (Biotechnology) or any other professional graduate course with at least one subject of Biological Sciences from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% aggregate or equivalent are eligible to apply for MSc at Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine.

Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine offers MSc for two-years at the PG level. Candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines can apply for this course. Below are the MSc and MSc Research specialisations offered at MIRM:

Manipal Institute of Regenerative Medicine students can apply for Merit Scholarships offered by MAHE. Students pursuing a course from the institute can get the scholarship provided they fulfill the specified criteria. Candidates who have completed their UG degree with at least 70% aggregate from a recognised university can apply for the scholarship for MSc course at MIRM. Selected students get a 20% waiver in the programme fee.
