Students do not have to give any entrance exam for admissions in the course. The selections are completely merit based. All applicants have to register on the official Kerala University website. After this, an application form has to be submitted to the college.

Students need to study minimum three years to complete course. As per NEP, the college can allow students to exit the course in first/second/third year. Those who exit in first or second year, get a certificate or diploma.

The course is offered in full-time mode. It is offered in two specialisations. Those are Taxation and Computer Applications. The admissions are completely Class 12 merit based.  

As per the data available on shiksha, MCC offers the course in two specialisations while SPDC offers only one course. The total fee may be less for SPDC in compared to the other college. The course is offered for four years. Students can also exit after completely third year. Such students will also be eligible for the degree. The syllabus includes many core and additional subjects. Some of them are Accounting Principles and Standards, Indian Financial System, etc.

The seat allotment is conducted after application deadline. It is done by the college or university. Seat allocation is Class 12 merit score based. Information about reservation policy is not available as per official website.

Yes, direct admissions are possible at the college. The BCom admissions are merit based and no entrance exam is required by the students. Application forms are released after announcement of Class 12 results.
