As per me, you should join a regular degree course for mass communication where you can do photography and videography both at once and VFX can be done as a part-time course from the institution near you.

You have to clear the entrance exam to get admission. Your core subject in 11th and 12th should be English.

Just like any other educational course, in order to be eligible for mass communication course, you should meet the minimum eligibility criteria. While the selection process conducted by various colleges (Which includes interviews, group discussion, and written tests) determines your eligibility for a particular media or mass communication course at a university, if you are keen to pursue a mass communication course in the undergraduate level
