Suryadatta College offers a decent placement rate, with students from MBA and MCA courses getting placement assistance. During the 2022 placement session, a total of 157 PG 2-years (MBA and MCA) students were placed. Further, the median package offered to PG 2-years (MBA and MCA) students during Suryadatta College placements 2022 was INR 5.96 LPA.

According to the placement drive of 2023, around 24 companies visited the campus to recruit Journalism and Mass Communication students. Apart from this, the overall highest package offered during BBD University placements 2023 stood at INR 14.75 LPA. A total of 238 companies visited the campus to recruit students.
