Hi,
It's not too late. You can still apply at many places. MU and DU issue the forms after your board results are out and the private universities also issue another set of forms after the board results are announced. So, you have got a lot of time in hand and you can still think of it.

PGDM in Media is good and well with more focus on Marketing related jobs. Internships are not much great for now as per the scenario but placements we're good for executive placements. Avg salary between 8-10 lacs.

You can pursue BJMC. Also, you can go for Bachelors in mass communication, or you can go for Diploma or something, if you feel that you only want to go in event management.

If you only want to specialize in social media marketing, then go for more specified course. Otherwise, if you want to learn more methods of marketing, you can go for digital marketing.

Bachelor of Mass Media/ Bachelor of Mass Comm / B.J. M. C. etc. Are the same things, offered by various universities in India and abroad. Disadvantages:
1. It is just Bachelor Degree so LESS Preferred by the industry when Senior Students are available in the same salary.
2. The syllabus is Entry Level Syllabus only.
3. B.J. M. C. or B. M. does not get a specialisation at all. Most of the Universities in B. M. don't deliver real Professional Skills
advantages:
1. Basic Qualification to get JOBS is Bachelor Degree in B. M. or BJMC
2. If one does B. M. with Skills and Concern, a GOOD JOB is still possible at this early age.
