Yes, once candidates qualify in the Asian College of Journalism (ACJ) entrance exam 2024 they will have to appear for the online interview. Candidates will be informed about the interview schedule via email once they qualify in the exam. In the interview process of the ACJ entrance examination 2024 they might be asked several questions related to their past education experience, graduation, and the course they are opting for. Along with this they might also be asked questions based on the current affairs, general awareness and any major update.

Yes. Candidates who are awaiting their undergraduate degree result are eligible to apply for the Asian College of Journalism (ACJ) entrance examination. However, once the applicants get selected after qualifying the ACJ entrance examination they will have to provide their qualification mark sheet or degree certificate to the Registrar ideally within the first week of commencement of classes. If they fail to do so, their candidature will be rejected and mgith fail to secure the seat. Also those candidates who are awaiting to write their final semester exam can also apply for ACJ.

As per the Asian College of Journalism (ACJ) eligibility criteria, the exam conducting authority allows candidates to apply from any discipline as long as they have completed their graduation from a recognised university. However, during the document verfication process candidates will have to submit relevant qualification details of their degree or else their candidature will be rejected.

There are two deadlines set by the institute - April 7, 2025 and May 19, 2025. The entrance test for applicants applying until these two dates will be conducted on April 12, 2025 and May 24, 2025 respectively. An application fee of INR 2360 must be paid while filling the application form. SC/ ST candidates will be expempted of this application fee. While filling the ACJ application form, candidates will have to enter all their details carefully as one small error or mismatch might lead to their disqualification.

The application forms for Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication (SIMC) vary depending on the programme and the year:
1. For the SIMC MA (MC) Entrance Test 2023, the application forms will be available in the month of February.
2. For SIMC Pune Course Admission 2023, the last date to apply is November 23, 2023.
3. For SET BA Mass Communication 2023, the application form submission window closed on April 16, 2023.
4. For the PG program, the online application form is available on the SIMC website

No, you cannot join Symbiosis Institute of Media & Communication (SIMC) without taking the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). SNAP is mandatory for admission to the MBA programme offered by SIMC Pune. SIMC Pune offers both MBA and MA programs, and admission to the MBA programme is based on SNAP score. However, admission to the MA programme does not require SNAP.

A graduate degree from any recognised university or institution of national importance with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST) is eligible for MA, MC programme.

The Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication (SIMC) cut off schedule varies depending on the year and the entrance examination. The cut off for SIMC's flagship PG programme in Communication and Media Management (PG-CM) is around 70+ percentile in Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP). To gain admission, candidates need to clear this cut-off and also participate in the subsequent Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interaction (PI) rounds.
