The top colleges take admissions on the basis of entrance exams strictly. Though there are some colleges that provide direct admission too. In lieu of the entrance test you can appear for GD and PI.

As per my knowledge, NIOS degree is valid for taking admission into the B.J. M. C. programme provided you have more than 60%. It is advisable to complete your provisional registration before August 31, to avail maximum scholarships. You can submit an undertaking about your pending documents and submit them later in august. By July end the admissions will be closed and you won't be able to avail admission as well as scholarship.
