Yes of course you can go for M.A. In Psychology. Many colleges and Universities demand a degree in Bachelor of Arts from any stream to go for Psychology as a further advancement. However, if you planned to pursue psychology before doing your B.A. It could be wise to pursue B.A. In psychology to know the basics well before advancing for M.A.
