Your question is not very clear. But, I'll help you with what I understand. If the particular government. Job has a minimum qualification, you have to pass that min. Qualification with the necessary marks and conditions. If the internship that you are involved in presently, is part of you Diploma, then you would have to complete the internship to get your Diploma. Hence, if the minimum qualification is Diploma, then it won't be possible for you to get that particular government. Job.

Hi Sai,
Certificates are generally different than diplomas - first these are short term courses (sometimes hourly) and also because they are given out to students who have passed a particular course of study not necessarily related to high school graduation requirements.
Diploma programs offer a more in-depth curriculum than a certificate, they are for a longer period depending on the course. But they are not at par with the degree.
Now coming to FTI Hyderabad - Certificate course is for 60 hours whereas Diploma is a 3 months course in Acting course.
