Try appearing in May MAT 2019 and secure more marks in as higher marks in the entrance test increases the chances for a good college. Thus, as per your score, I would say that you apply for ICFAI University, Agartala.

With class 10th and class 12th score less than 50 percentage, it will be less likely that you will be admitted in a good B-School due to the criteria being set at 50.

It differs from college to college e.g. for JBIMS, cut-off is 99 percentile and it's comparatively low for Great Lakes.

No, it doesn't accept MAT scores. It accept CAT, CMAT, GMAT, and XAT scores.

Yes, The eligibility is such that Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree with Full-time graduation courses in any discipline recognised by the UGC/AIU
Consistent academic record of not less than 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in 10th standard, 12th standard and degree is required
Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination in the year 2019, can also apply. All candidates are required to take at least one of the entrance exams CAT/ XAT/GMAT/CMAT/ NMAT or who already have valid CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/NMAT scores.
