Your score is very low to get a good MBA college. I suggest you take a drop, try next year and try to get a better score than this. At least try to touch 70 % if possible.

Well, I don't think Birla Global University will be a good option as it is a whole university and they do not pay much attention to MBA graduates. Hardly will you find students doing MBA from there. I will suggest you to join International Management Institute, Bhubaneswar as it is a pure B School. They have a whole sole responsibility of MBA grads only. The faculty here has experience from prestigious institutions such as IIMA, IIMR, TAPMI, NMIMS, and XLRI etc. They also provide corporate exposure through clubs, committee and events. Your score is valid for one year. Now, coming to question. Appearing in session of MAT. It is totally depends on you. If you have enough MAT Score to get admission on B-School (you can compare you score with last year's score which got admissions) you are aiming then MAT Score will be enough. If you are looking for some more better B-School, appear on February session of MAT. Best wishes.

You need to go in which you wanted to take admission, and ask them about the loan interest rate and different procedure to follow. Or, if they have any tie up with bank to give low interest rate to students.
