When you are thinking about Distance programs, there is no point of MAT score as Distance Programs are not required Entrance test.

It depends on your composite score. Once, you get your MAT score, you can submit this counselling form for admissions in top B-Schools.

No, it is not possible that you can get admission without giving the entrance exam as this is the only key to get admitted yourself into any of the institutes.

Yes, you can surely get admission there through MAT score as MAT is taken to get admission into private B-Schools.

eligibilty criteria:- Applicant needs to successfully complete the evaluation process including Interview, Test, and/or Project submission, etc. Shortlisted Applicant shall be called for Personal Interview or Telephonic Interview (for outstation Applicant)
The prime objective of evaluation process is to check the candidate's personality traits, academics, goals and self awareness level
Applicant will have to submit the Original certificates and documents as required
Selected Applicant shall be informed by phone / email regarding their select

For getting admission into XIMB by the help of MAT, you need to first complete your graduation with more than 50% and hence now you need to crack the written examination of MAT and hence the personal interview.

Here, admission is based on at least 50% marks in 12th and NSB entrance exam.
* Shortlisted candidates will be called for NSB entrance test on the basis of marks obtained in CAT/ GMAT.
* Then, further shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview based on marks obtained in NSB entrance test.
So now, you can clearly understand the basic criteria and take a decision based on it.
