MAT cut off for the MGM Institute of Management Studies and Research, Navi Mumbai, is not consistent for every year as the cut-off can change according to the number of aspirants, level of difficulty of the examination, seat availability, etc. Normally, a MAT percentage more than 70% to 75% is considered in the cut-off. Though it changes every year. Apart from the MAT score, the institute also observes performance in group discussions and personal interviews. The best and most current cutoff details are available on the website or through the admissions office of the concerned institute.

The MAT result date, thus, is usually dependent on the particular session of the test one has appeared for since MAT is held multiple times in a year: February, May, September, and December. XIMR considers MAT scores, generally for its MBA programs, and with a proclaimed result date by the conducting body AIMA, All India Management Association. Results are usually declared a few weeks after the date of the entrance test. For proper information on result dates, candidates can visit the official MAT website or the page on admissions at XIMR regularly.
