Try and take February MAT. If not possible then you may opt for ITM Navi Mumbai, Welingkar, Kirloskar, NDIM, XIME, BIMTECH, etc.

Admission to PGDM is totally based on group discussion and personal interview. Percentile won't make much difference. Prepare for GD & PI and make sure you crack it.

CAT is a National entrance exam conducted by IIM's for its selection process and the score of this entrance is used by all the Tier I and Tier II colleges in India for selecting candidates.
MAT is also a National entrance exam for MBA, but it is being used by Tier III and Tier IV colleges. Generally, top colleges won't prefer MAT as the level of difficulty is low.
CET is an entrance exam conducted by Maharashtra government for selecting candidates for their MMS course in institutes affiliated to Maharashtra Universities.

The cut off for MITSOT was 500 last year. The highest salary package offered is Rs.7 LPA.
