Admission to the MBA programme at Guwahati University is solely determined by a student's merit, both as an undergraduate and as a result of their performance on the national and university entrance exams. The university administers its own admissions exam. Candidates willing to get admission to MBA at Indus University must fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria for the course before applying. To get admitted to Indus University Master of Business Administration (MBA) course, candidates must pass graduation with minimum 50% aggregate in the relevant stream from a recognised board. However, candidates from reserved categories can apply with minimum 45% aggregate in the last qualifying exam of their graduation.

Mount Carmel College does not specify any entrance exam scores for admission to their MBA program. The eligibility criteria for the MBA programme at Mount Carmel College is:
•The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in a valid three-year bachelor's degree in any field.
•Admissions are granted on the basis of merit scored in the last qualifying exam.
•Candidates belonging to SC/ST or physically disabled category are given a 5% relaxation in marks.

Prestige College Indore accepts admission based on entrance examinations like CMAT or CET. However, if a candidate has scored more than 75 percent in their undergraduate degree. They can get direct admission.

Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
Entrance Exam: CAT is required. There's no minimum score specified, but aiming for a high percentile.
Alternate Option for IIT Graduates: If you're an IIT graduate with a CGPA of 7 or above on a 10-point scale, you're exempted from the CAT requirement. You'll be directly called for the selection process (if applicable).
