It is purely based on your area of interest. If you want to continue and enhance your technical skills and knowledge, then M.Sc. Is a good option. If you are inclined to learn the management, then MBA is best suited for you. MBA in biotechnology fields also have a very bright scope, like in pharmaceutical, agriculture, horticulture and many more.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc. Would be a better option However if you want to move into general management side then MBA would be better.

It depends on what suits you the most. If you have interest in biotechnology then you can get good package in it also and same is true for MBA. If you don't have interest and just choosing it on the basis of others judgement, you might fail to get a good placement. No one knows better than you what is best for you. MBA needs communication skills, presentation skills, etc. MBA students get good placement but some people also don't get job. Even after biotechnology people get good job but majority of them don't get as high paid as MBA. There are several colleges but NUS Business School, National University of Singapore is the best. Also, check out Nanyang Polytechnic or management development institute of Singapore (MDIS).

It depends totally on you that which field you want to join. As you have already done B.Sc. In biotechnology, so it will be better if you join MBA programme. Your opportunity will increase after MBA. Best of luck.

It totally depends on you, if you want to be a little managerial as well as a little technical then you can go for MBA, as doing MBA would provide you with a plethora of opportunities ahead. MBA would also in a general way provide you financial stability. So it totally depends on how you want your life. Hope it helps!
