It's on you, in which stream you want to go for. If you want a job early, then I suggest for MBA. If you have time, then go for CA. Both have same opportunities.

Frankly speaking, if you just want to pursue MBA then you can but during placements, there will be very few companies for which you will be eligible as you might be over qualified for the profile with the experience that you have. I would suggest you to try for IIMs, Xavier's, Symbiosis or Narsee Monjee. If not, then IBS, with the motto of pursing masters and not placements. As there will be very few companies coming which would require so much of work experience.

PGDM in Finance at SDMIMD is one of the best. We have one of the best set of faculty members in the country who are having a rich experience of both corporate and academics. We have recorded an average package of 6.95 lacs this year with a the highest of 10 lacs offered in the finance sector. Coming to internships we have also completed 100% internships with various companies visiting the campus from all the sectors.

Yes, Taxila offers a dual specialization course, so along with finance you would also get an opportunity to choose another elective also.
There is a wide range of internships opportunities also available for students opting for finance, 3 internships of two months each which expose the students to the corporate for a period of 6 months.
SAP offered at Taxila also has a module pertaining to finance, with which the minimum placement os 12 lacs.
