good placement ratio and dedicated placement team for training in GDPI. College is decent and has good student teacher ratio and infrastructure.

Dear apurva. if you want to do really HR. prefer TISS, St.Xavier, Kolkata, Symbiosis pune. IIM Kolkata, these are the famous for HR specialisation in India. You may do with jaipuria college . but do not expect good position that you will get. nominal positions you will get. I encourage you prepare for those institutions. that will help you a lot. all the best.
