Both the colleges are good, but I would suggest you to go for IMT - Nagpur.

Chnaces are very low as minimum of 50% graduation marks are required for admission alongwith valid CMAT or CAT or MAT scores. Or, you can score very high in the entrance exams and then, your graduation score can be relaxed.
