CAT is one of the accepted exams for MBA course admissions. However, it is not compulsory to have this exam score for selection. ISMS Pune accept other national-level exam scores as well, such as CMAT/MAHCET/ATMA/MAT, etc. Candidates with a valid score of an entrance exam conducted for MBA by deemed universities can also apply. For admission to pursue an MBA in the Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Management situated in Pune, students have to score high in the MAT.
The cut-offs keep changing yearly depending on various factors such as the number of applicants or the overall performance of the applicants. It is likely that scoring anywhere around 600-700 in MAT would be considered a safe score for entry into the school.
