IMD, Switzerland is among the world's best and located in Switzerland. The business school is also highly selective. Other top ones are St. Gallen, Geneva School of Business and Economics, EU Business School, etc.

Yes, MBA graduates in Switzerland has the highest average salary which is even more than USA. You can find more on these on google. Admissions and jobs are competitive though but if you get through, you will have a good life ahead.
