Both the courses have their advantages and drawbacks. If you are very good in management and have leadership quality, go for MBA without a doubt. Also, this has more demands in market. You may expect more successful career after MBA in Pharmacy than M.Pharma. Take the call according to your professional skills which you know better about.

Pharma MBA is there. If you are interested, you can do its having a good scope in which you can learn Pharmaceutical market, Management skills, Entrepreneurship development skills and many more. Even NIPER Mohali and Hyderabad provide a pharma MBA course you have to crack a GPAT exam then NIPER entrance after getting pass in exam then selection is done by GD and PI. There are various institute other than NIPER which provide this course.

If you choose M.Pharma:
You should specialise in any branch of pharmaceuticals such as pharmaceutics, Analysis, biotech, chemistry, pharmacy practice, clinical pharmacy or any other department of pharma product life cycle.
The career graph will be slow and steady, with steady growth with no roller coaster type ups and downs.
