This question can never have a definite answer. This is because it depends from college to college and their placement situations and criteria. It depends also from batch to batch the students and their performance during the course and during the interview how they perform in aptitude and other rounds. Also most number of times your SSC HCS and graduation percentage will matter as most company want them to be above or equal to a particular number for example throughout 60% and last but not the least this depends also on the will power and the eagerness of students to do well during college tenure and get placed. You cannot participate in any counselling of MCA course. To participate in counselling have to give an entrance exam.

Unfortunately, your MCA CET percentile is a bit on the lower side. You might have to reappear for the CET exam to be eligible for top MCA colleges. There are over 1117 MCA colleges in India.
