You can do MCA.
If you want to make career in IT then you don't need to do MCA. Instead of Doing MCA you should do Certificate programme because you're already equal to MCA
According to Today's Companies Scenorio BCA-MCA=B.Tech
After Completion of MCA you'll consider as equivalent to B.Tech then what's the benefit of doing MCA after B.Tech.

According to shiksha, the following is the eligibility criteria for MCA at BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology:-
- Minimum 50% score in class 12th
- Minimum 50% score in graduation from a recognised university.
- Qualifying the entrance exam WB JECA.
WB JECA is mandatory to take admission in this course, the applications for next WBJECA exam are expected to start in April month of next year. You need to qualify in cutoff, which will be released based on applications and seats intake.
