It will not affect on tfws seat, and another thing I want to tell you that if you fail for the particular year means discontinued or (YD) {not able to go for the second year} for a particular year it will also not affect on your tfws seats. {means you have to pay fees just as the TFWS candidate, and no need to pay tuition fess}. But do good study that will be better for you rather than focusing this type of the things, have a good job my friend.

Hello Siraj Mohammad, fees for students joining the second year of the four-degree course in engineering or those joining the second year after passing the first year are exactly the same. However, fees differ from college to college. If you had mentioned the name of the institute where you want to take admission, could have helped you better. But now can only advise you to download the brochure of your intended college to know the details. Best wishes to you.

The per semester fee for B.Tech Mechanical at University of Lucknow is about Rs 60080. Apart from this you have to pay the refundable caution money and enrollment fee of Rs 5000 and Rs 1000 respectively at the time of admission.
