AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Sciences. It is a government institution which provides admission in MBBS course after you qualify in its entrance test. The total number of seats in AIIMS is about 600 in all over India.
NEET stands for National Eligibility Entrance Test through which you can get admission in most of the colleges in India.
Except for AIIMS and JIPMER, all the colleges comes under NEET.

Everyone knows the value of MBBS.
It is low score to get good college, you should get min. 450 and 500 for govt. college. And you can do such. And prepare well for next year. Just do regular study which is most important.
NCERT is the best book to prepare for NEET for chemistry and biology. But, for physics you need to refer some other books for some guidelines but never go beyond the NCERT syllabus. For chemistry and biology you could practice MCQs from different books but study and learn from NCERT only.

After giving NEET you can only apply for MBBS and BDS courses and 150 is not a good score. So, if you are truly passionate about doing MBBS or BDS then you can take a year drop and take some coaching. If you don't want to take a drop then you can fill up some other forms of different colleges like B.Sc, biotech, B.Pharma, etc. and then check for their admission criteria.

For AIIMS, you need to take a separate entrance exam. They have nothing to do with the NEET scores.

No, there is no such requirement. You need not to appear for NEET to pursue B.Sc. The NEET-UG examination is for pursuing MBBS and BDS courses only.
