You can easily get BDS in private medical colleges. But, sorry there are low chances of you getting an MBBS seat. If you don't want to do BDS, you can try for Ayurveda or Homeopathy courses in which you can again take admission via NEET. Otherwise, try to score more the next time.

470 marks is a good score. It is good enough to get State Quota Colleges and Private ones of MBBS.
