Its less predictable that you'll get any government medical college for BHMS as the admission is happening through NEET. You need a score of 200+ for government colleges.

As per the notification of Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry, BAMS BHMS counselling to be conducted along with MBBS BDS. Admission to these courses will be done on the basis of NEET score.
