For private medical colleges, 430 will do the job but to get a government medical college, you need 460 marks. The cut-off in different states are different so that the variation in cut-off can be observed.

No, you can't because these are very less chances that you can get admission in an MBBS college through management quota.

You can get admission from management quota. You can opt for Amaltas Medical College, Madhya Pradesh, Adesh Medical College, Punjab and CU Shah Medical College Gujarat. These colleges are cheapest in India.
