As per me, SRCC is the best in Delhi for this course. Meerut does not stand anywhere in front of the Delhi colleges in terms of placements, infra and faculty.

Yes, you can get admission in this college, but for that, you have to apply online and then you can easily get admission in this college but if you can't then you can directly contact the college for the management quota admission.

No, you can't. You can take migration from one of the Delhi University colleges to another Delhi University college. You can't take migration from Meerut College to DU college. It is not possible. For more information, visit the Delhi University website.

I don't think so. Maybe the deadline has gone now. For more confirmation you should directly call them because there may be some other method to take admission in B.Com now.
