CCNA, RHCE and MCITP certificates caters for different segment of IT System Admin. CCNA is a certification program for entry-level network engineers. RHCE is a System Administrator certification. MCITP certification provides you skills as database administrator or enterprise messaging administrator etc. All three have similar demand and acceptability in IT industry. You should choose certification based on your interest and basic education background. For example, if you have Electronics background you can choose CCNA.
