I have 96% in PCB in +2(UR).Can I get into bsc zoology in miranda?

With 96%, it might not be possible in 1st cut-off but may be you will get admission in 2nd or 3rd cutoff if seats are available.

Yes, you can surely do Masters in Education but make sure you fit its eligibility criteria that include at least 50-55% marks in your B.El.Ed and other requirements too.
