In addition to its regular PG and UG courses, the college also provides Miranda House courses (add-on), namely certificate courses, and foreign language courses to students. At the UG level, the college offers BSc, BA, and other courses to students. At the PG level, the college offers MA, MSc, and other courses to students.

The mode of Miranda House course admissions is online. Admission to various courses such as BA is based on merit and the accepted entrance examination scores. The accepted entrance exams is CUET. Candidates applying through CUET must first register for the CUET exam. Then appear for the CUET exam. Then register on the DU CSAS portal. Students must submit the college and course options. Then take part in the DU seat allocation round. Pay the fee for final admission.

Miranda House College has an auditorium, cafeteria, dance room, girls' hostel, gym, hospital / medical facilities, hostel, lab, library, music room, sports complex, and wi-fi campus. The MA total tuition fee for the available courses is between 29,100 & 38,100. This fee is inclusive of all the MA course specialisations offered by the college. Additionally, this fee is taken from unofficial sources. Other than the tuition fee, students can also pay other fee while applying to Miranda House, like the hostel fee, (if applicable) & application charges.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the CUET 2025 exam date anytime soon at nta.ac.in. It is expected that CUET UG 2025 exam will be held in May/June. The exam will be conducted in multiple slots each day. The number of CUET exam slots will depend upon the number of candidates registered for the exam.
