Here's the  Film and Video Design Course admission process at MIT-ADT:

  • Appear for MITID DET exam, based on scores obtained from MITID DET, shortlisted candidates will be called for second phase.
  • Studio Test and Personal Interview is conducted at MITID campus in Pune. The second phase of the admission procedure will consist of studio tests followed by personal interviews at Institute in Pune.
  • The result of shortlisted candidates for the Second Phase will be announced on MITID website.
  • The Admission Committee decides the procedures, grades and weightage every year.

MIT ADT admission to BTech courses is based on merit and scores of entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main,  MHT CET, and others. Candidates must get good marks in accepted entrance exams for a successful admission at various schools of MIT ADT. Also, candidates are required to have valid qualifications for BTech admission as mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria: Class 12 with 45-50% aggregate Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Technical Vocational subjects.

The University offers various specialisation in BTech. The duration for the same ranges between 3- 4 years depending upon the specialisation, the criteria for getting admission in BTech is, the candidate must have passed class 12 with a minimum of 45-60% (CBSE 12, PSEB 12, ISC).

The major subjects inlcuded  under the BTech course at MIT ADTU Pune are Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Robotics and Automation Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Food Technology, etc.

After submitting applications online for MIT ADTU, applicants need to submit certain essential documents. Some of them are the Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets, Graduation mark sheet if applicable, and a scanned copy of the photograph along with the signature. All these are part of the application process to be completed.

Direct admisson to the BTech course at MIT ADTU Pune BTech is not applicable. Candidates must a valid qualification to secure admission.

  • Must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Technical Vocational.
  • Minimum aggregate marks of 50% in PCM and Technical Vocational subjects.
  • Relaxation of 5% is given to candidates belonging to Backward Classes and Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) of Maharashtra State.

Entrance examinations:

  • JEE 
  • MHTCET 
  • PERA CET

A minimum of 60% aggregate in 12th, along with an attempt for MHTCET or JEE Mains for Graduate programs, is required to get into MIT Pune. Passed HSC exam with more than 50% marks in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and maths (45% marks in case of OBC candidates belonging to Maharashtra). Non-zero marks in MHTCET, too is necessary for Maharashtra State candidates seeking State Quota seats. Out-of-state candidates must possess the same academic standards and should have secured marks more than the cut-off marks in AIEEE.
