It may be difficult to get job in TCS or other tier I IT companies based on B.Com. In past few IT companies hired tester and BA from top colleges. If you are targeting TCS or other Tier I IT companies, you are advised to do MBA.

Different organizations / MNC's have different selection criteria and hence you need to contact the MNC's officials personally for specific details as it differs from one organization to another.
