Hi,
With 84/200 marks in NATA and 70% in 12th, you will get a lot of private colleges seats for admission into Architecture course in Mumbai. Some of the colleges maybe L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Siddant College of Architecture, Dr Manoj A Shete College of Architecture, Dayanand College of Architecture, Solapur Education Society College of Architecture, Vivekanand Education Society College of Architecture, Indira College of Architecture and Design etc.

Hi,
Unfortunately, there is no free coaching center for NATA exams. But there are many students who never attend NATA coaching classes and still qualify in NATA exams. So it is more passion driven than coaching driven.

You need to qualify in NATA exams too along with your class 12th score of 70%. The council of Architecture guidelines states: Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course. I. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent).
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below: (a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination.
You need to qualify in NATA exams too along with your class 12th score of 70%. Government merit seats admission through KEA CET will happen once the regional exam authorities conduct counseling process in which based on ranks the seats will be allocated based on the student's choice. First round of counseling will start before the second NATA exam, but there will be another round of counseling done after the second NATA exam in which seats which are vacant can be chosen by the student. There will be no delay since the student who has got a seat in X college in first round counseling can always change to Y college in the second round if he or she improves the marks.
