It would be much more easier is the student takes a lateral admission by getting NOC from the universities.

You can get a seat through COMEDK if you have registered for it, or else private management seats can be taken with valid NATA score.

Yes you can get B.Arch without NATA exam through JEE Mains paper 2. It allow you to do B.Arch in NITs.
