Yes, you can enrol in SIHM Durgapur's B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration programme without taking the NCHMCT JEE. SIHM Durgapur predominantly employs its own entrance test, the Hospitality Management Admission Test (HMAT), for admission to this programme. While NCHMCT JEE is a common admission exam for several hospitality institutes across India, SIHM Durgapur conducts its own test to evaluate students. It is always a good idea to check the current admission requirements with SIHM Durgapur to ensure you meet all of them.

To check your NCHMCT JEE result, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website of NCHMCT JEE: nchmjee.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the "View NCHM JEE 2025 - NTA Score" link.
  • Enter your application number, date of birth, and security pin (as shown on the screen).
  • Click on the "Submit" button.
  • Your NCHMCT JEE result will be displayed on the screen.
  • You can download and save your result for future reference.

The results will only be available in online mode. Thus, candidates can only download their NCHMCT JEE scorecard from the NTA's website for NCHMCT JEE. 
Moreover, they need to download and print out their NCHMCT JEE scorecard for the future

The NCHMCT JEE 2025 result were out on May 18, 2025. The result was available online on the NTA's website, nchmjee.nta.nic.in. NCHMCT JEE 2026 exam registration is open and the last date to apply is Jan 25, 2026.

The Advance City Intimation Slip for the NCHMCT JEE 2025 was released on April 19, 2025. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms were able to download their Advance City Intimation Slip from the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA).

The Advance City Intimation Slip contained information about the city in which the candidate will be taking the exam. The exact exam center was mentioned on the admit card, which was released at a later date.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) began the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Process on December 16, 2025. By visiting the official website, nchmjee.nta.nic.in, candidates could submit their applications for the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Exam. The final date for NCHMCT JEE 2025 application submission was March 15, 2025. The NTA released the dates for NCHMCT JEE 2025. Candidates should be aware that exam was held on April 27, 2025.

The cutoff rank for the year 2024 for the IHM (Institute of Hotel Management), Shillong with respect to NCHMCT JEE is 6115 for round 1 and 9829 for round 2 for all students belonging to general category

The cutoff for IHM Hajipur varies year by year. For this year the cutoff rank is 5785 for all the general categories across the nation whereas the cutoff for OBC and SC/ST lies in 45% and 40 % respectively.

Eligibility 

Students must have Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and related field with at least 55% marks in aggregate 

Seats:

There are 274  seats approximately available for pursuing a Bachelor's in Hospitality and Hotel administration.
