With 112 marks it is quite impossible to get any government college in counselling. You should give NEET next year and then go on hunt for colleges. Although you can get admission in many reputed colleges with your achieved marks.

Please ask your question again with more clarity. If you want to know about state quota in NEET counselling then yes there is 85percent state quota in state funded college but you must have domicile of that state.

No, you cannot apply for management quota through counselling. For applying under management quota you have to visit that college and go for the admission process for management quota in that college.

No it is not possible as for appearing in state counselling one must have domicile of same state in which he or she is applying
So If you have domicile of Maharashtra then you cannot apply in Karnataka state counselling in state quota.
