All India quota is for the students who are of other states. There will be reservation for that state and students alone and will not be reserved for other specific state, that's why they made it all India.

Yes, while NEET counselling birth certificate is required for sure.
Class 10th and 12th mark sheets.
Class 10th and 12th passing certificate.
Birth Certificate
NEET Rank Letter
Eight passport size photographs similar to that affixed on the online application form.
Caste Certificate (if applicable).
NEET Admit card
PWD Certificate (if applicable).
Also, there are 4 processes one will have to go through.
NEET Counselling Registration
Choice Filling and Locking
NEET Mock Counselling
Reporting to the Allotted College
NEET Second Round Counselling

Registration
Choice filling and locking
Mock Counselling
Reporting to the college
Second round of counselling. For NEET Counselling, candidate require certain documents which are really essential for the procedure. It requires mark sheets of 10th and 12th, birth certificates, NEET Rank Letter, 8 passport size photographs, caste certificate, exam admit card, Pwd certificate (for PWD candidate only as well as the NEET counselling letter). It is a good request, but in present scenario, it is not possible to conclude on the basis of quality and position of colleges in a decreasing order, because the major reason is that these two points are contradictory and not run parallel. But, some of them are Maulana Azad Medical College-Delhi, Christian Medical College-Vellore, IMS BHU- Varanasi, JNMC Aligarh Muslim University etc.

Yes, you can get. Marks above 300 in NEET in your category is good enough. You can easily get a seat in your desire government medical college. Please participate in counselling.

Hello Dear, It might be difficult for you to get admission into MBBS in government medical college with this score. To be in safe side, you need a score of atleast 500 to get admission into government medical college.

Yes. Candidates not getting or getting seats in All India Quota admission are eligible for state round counselling as per their rank.
