During studies at UNB, Indian students can work both on and off campus. Student can work up to 20 hours per week during their semester and vacations. They can work full time also. For working on and off campus, students have to fulfill following requirements-

• Permission to study and students must be enrolled in full time course at UNB
• Social Insurance Number needs to be shown to be eligible for paid work.

The University of New Brunswick is known for its Bachelors of Science course in Computer Science. The course includes the following:

• Students have to take 5 to 6 courses per term in order to complete 8 study terms.
• Every student is required to complete 12 credit hours of courses with an extensive English writing component
• The student must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0
• Atleast 5 out of 7 technical elective courses must be 3^rd year or above

University of New Brunswick consider graduate students who submit GRE scores along with documents such as official transcripts and letters of recommendation. Minimum GRE scores required at UNB is given in the following table:
