NID Entrance Exam

If you have registered for the National Institute of Design NID Entrance Exam 2023 and are appearing for the exam at one of the exam centers, you will need to carry the following documents with you:
1. NID Admit Card: You will need to download and print the NID Admit Card from the official website and carry it to the exam center. The admit card will contain details such as your name, roll number, exam center address, and other important instructions.
2. Valid Photo ID Proof: You will need to carry a valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID card, or Driving License. The ID proof should be original, valid, and should match the name and other details mentioned on the admit card.
3. Passport-size Photographs: You will need to carry two passport-size photographs to the exam center. The photographs should be recent, colored, and identical to the one uploaded during the online application process.
4. Any other documents as specified: Depending on the exam center or any specific instructions mentioned on the admit card, you may be required to carry additional documents such as caste Certificate disability Certificate etc. It's advisable to read the instructions on the NID admit card carefully and carry all the required documents to the exam center to avoid any inconvenience or disqualification. The candidate was given the option to select NID DAT 2023 exam centres from April 3 (4 pm) to April 5 (4 pm). The test centres were allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case of candidates who failed to select test cities, the system automatically allocated test cities based on the availability of seats in respective test centres. The details of the test centre allocated to the candidate are mentioned in the NID DAT 2023 admit card. The NID DAT Mains 2023 Studio Test for B. Des was held on April 30, 2023.
On the day of the exam, the candidate had to report to the exam centre as per the timings mentioned in the admit card.

The details of the NID that 2023 exam centre, including the name, address, and reporting time will be notified to the candidate through the NID that 2023 admit card. The that Mains admit card for the B. Des programme is available from on April 14, 2023. The candidate after downloading the admit card needs to carefully go through the information mentioned in it, including the allotted exam center, exam timings, reporting time, etc. Note that candidates who arrive at the exam center after the reporting time mentioned in the admit card may face undue difficulties. On exam day, the candidate must also remember to carry the admit card and id proof.

The NID DAT Mains 2023 exam for the B. Des programme was conducted in the following cities - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Gandhinagar, Kolkata & Kurukshetra. The candidate was given the option to select the exam city between April 3 (4 pm) to April 5 (4 pm). The details of the exam centre, including name and address and reporting time were mentioned on the NID DAT 2023 admit card. The NID DAT 2023 (Prelims) exam was conducted in 22 cities across India. The candidate had to select their choice of exam centre at the time of filling out the NID DAT 2023 application form.
