The NIT Jalandhar placement session 2022-23 is ongoing. A total of 950 students were eligible for the drive and as of now, 796 job offers were made. Further, 701 students were placed during the NITJ placement 2022-23 and 49 job offers were offered above INR 25 LPA. The key highlights of NIT Jalandhar placements 2023 are tabulated below:

The institute attracted various recruiters for its 2023 placement session who offered a variety of job roles to the students across sectors, such as BFSI, IT, Education, FMCG, Consulting, and E-Commerce, etc. The top recruiters of NIT Jalandhar in 2023 included Microsoft, Google, Zscaler, BPCL, Goldman Sach, Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. These recruiters placed students in various sectors and offered new-age job profiles.

In terms of the highest average package, ECE was the top department during NIT Jalandhar placements 2023, with INR 18.22 LPA. However, the CSE department recorded the highest number of offers made and the count stood at 117. Earlier, CSE recorded the highest average package during NIT Jalandhar placements 2022 and the ECE department received the highest number of job offers.

As per the latest report, the participating recruiters have provided a total of 796 job offers to the Class of 2023 till Mar 7, 2023. CSE was the top department in terms of the highest number of eligible students as well as the highest number of offers received. A fluctuating trend in the NIT Jalandhar average package was observed between 2021 and 2023.  The average package has dropped slightly between 2021 and 2022, and then increased by nearly 7% between 2022 and 2023.
