The institute has been instrumental in facilitating placement, training, and career counselling to the students. The placement figures for the last six years are given in a table on their website. The highest number of offers was 65 in 2017-18, and the lowest was 8 in 2021-22. Some of the prominent recruiters include TCS, Tech Mahindra, BSNL, NTPC, ONGC, etc.

NERIST NEE 2025 Application Form: The North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) will release the NERIST NEE 2025 application form. The application process for NEE-I, NEE-II and NEE-III will start together and candidates can apply for NEE as per their choice of course.
