The highest package and average package offered at the domestic level during 2023 placements stood at INR 21 LPA and INR 7.05 LPA. Some of the students also bagged international offers and the highest international package stood at INR 43.50 LPA. The median package offered to MBA students during NSB Academy placements 2023 (domestic) stood at INR 7 LPA. The 2023 placements concluded with 99.60% of students placed. More than 200 companies visited the campus and offered the highest domestic package of INR 18.60 LPA and the highest international package offered was INR 43.50 LPA. Some of the popular recruiters included Google, Amazon, Reliance, among others.

The placement at NSB is quite good. The placement percentage for the current year is 99.6%. TCS, SAP, Genpact, Infosys, and Axis Bank are some of the major recruiters who visited the campus with placement offers. The highest package at NBS Academy was INR 43.5 LPA. The median package for students at the academy was INR 7 LPA.

The final placement activities at NSB Academy begin in mid-February and end in April every year. A large share of companies from various sectors visit for recruiting. The main objective of the campus placements is to help students achieve the functions and companies of their preference. The institute has maintained a record of 100% placement assistance over the years.
