If you have heard about the UK work permit issues, you will know that Canada as of now is a better option. International students are granted work permits of 2-3 years and also have options to apply for PR. You must however have necessary credentials and skills to get a job.

You should ideally go for a bachelor's degree in nursing or related field. Some college you can check are University of Northern British Columbia, Mount Royal University, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology and Vancouver Island University. As an international student you must take the IELTS or TOEFL. Please check the college websites for admission requirements before applying.

First, you must know that physiotherapy or physical therapy course offered by the universities in Canada are a part of various faculties such as:
1. School of Medicine.
2. Faculty of Health Sciences.
3. School of Rehabilitation Science.
4. Faculty of Medicine, etc.
Admission requirements also varies as per University. Applicants must usually have a four year bachelor's degree and a high academic standing (above 70%).
