In certain cases, you may be able to secure admission to a B.Sc nursing programme without giving an entrance examination. Some universities may consider factors such as your academic performance in high school or equivalent exams, relevant subjects studied in high school, and possibly an interview or personal statement. They may also consider your performance in prerequisite subjects like Biology, Chemistry, and English.
