The top BSc Nursing in Uttar Pradesh are Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, King George's Medical University, AMU, Teerthanker Mahaveer University etc.
Most of the top medical colleges give admission on the basis of NEET score or some other entrance scores.

For TS EAMCET, a total of 1,06,514 students have appeared for the exam. So, comparatively you have scored less marks. So, there is very less chance to get a free seat. However, you can try for management seat but you can't expect the good colleges.

To take admission to BSc Nursing course in a government college through NEET result, you need to be passed Class 12 Board exam with PCB subjects and scored at least 40 per cent marks in the Board exam, which is the eligibility criterion for the OBC category.
You also need to have qualified the NEET exam with a minimum of 40 per cent marks. You can apply for admission through the NEET counselling process. With a NEET score of 183, you may be able to get admission to a government college in the later rounds of counselling.
